L2Gold Server Rules

NOTE: Because you play on this server for free, we provide no guarantees and do not accept any claims.

General Rules

1. Dual boxing is allowed only for item transfer between characters. It is forbidden to have two characters outside towns at the same time, or to keep one character logged in for buffs, shops, or any other purpose. One person = one account online.
2. Respect other players and staff members. Any form of harassment, insults, racism, swearing, or disrespect toward players or GMs may result in mute, jail, or ban depending on severity.
3. Exploiting bugs, incorrect drop rates, bugged NPCs, bots, auto-follow, or similar abuses is strictly forbidden. All bugs must be reported to a GM immediately.
4. The use of personal information for personal gain is not allowed.
5. Flooding or repeating messages in public or private chats is forbidden. Begging for levels, items, or special treatment will be ignored.
6. Nicknames containing offensive language or impersonating GMs, Admins, or announcements are forbidden and will result in a ban. Only staff listed on the website are official.
7. Any form of malicious software or code is strictly forbidden.
8. Advertising or selling items or services for real money or any commercial purpose is forbidden.
9. Never share your account details. If you give your password to anyone, you are fully responsible for any losses.

Player Rules

1. Players are not allowed to publicly discuss or argue about Admin decisions.
2. Using bugs for personal or third-party benefit is forbidden.
3. Arguing with GMs is not allowed.
4. Gossiping or spreading false information is forbidden.
5. Begging Admins or GMs for items, adena, or advantages is forbidden.
6. Players are encouraged to use the forum for questions and reports in a proper manner.
7a. The use of software that modifies packets, stats, speed, or gameplay behavior is forbidden.
7b. The use of any third-party programs is strictly forbidden (l2walker, hlapex, bots, debuggers, auto-clickers, packet editors, etc.).
8. If you encounter a bug, report it on the forum with a screenshot. Exploiting it is forbidden.
9. Creating a new account after a ban or using a banned account is forbidden.
10. Spawn PK is not allowed.
Explanation: Players spawning in a new location cannot defend themselves immediately. Killing players at spawn points is unfair.
11. Players are responsible for staying informed by reading forum announcements regarding restarts, shutdowns, and punishments.
12. Monster sniping is forbidden. This means attacking mobs from locations where they cannot attack back.
13. If you lend items or weapons to other players, staff is not responsible for returning them.
14. If a trade goes wrong due to your own mistake, staff will not restore items.

Rights

1. Players have the right to play on the server.
2. The Admin reserves the right to change rules at any time without prior notice.
3. GMs are not allowed to give items, adena, quest help, or interfere in sieges or clan wars.
4. The Admin may take necessary actions without providing explanations.
5. GMs may issue warnings for rule violations.
6. Admins, GMs, and Developers may apply or reapply bans if offended or abused.
7. Players may warn others and report violations to GMs.
8. GMs are allowed to check inventories and clan warehouses for illegal items or hacks.
9. Lost or stolen accounts will not be restored.
10. Items, adena, or skills lost due to bugs, crashes, or restarts will not be restored.

Punishments

Depending on the severity of the violation, the following punishments may be applied:

- Fossilization for 30 minutes, several hours, or longer as decided by staff.
The punishment only expires while the character remains online.
- Character deleveling.
- Account deletion.
- Account or forum ban (may include IP ban).
- Use of bots or packet editors is logged automatically and results in a permanent ban.

By playing on this server, you agree to all rules listed above. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from punishment.

If you witness a rule violation, please report it on the forum with a screenshot if possible. Punishments are determined by the GM team based on the severity of the violation.
